This experience helped me understand the importance of following and maintaining a consistent format in translation work. I learned that many words must be translated depending on their context, and that small details such as punctuation, capitalization, and formatting can make an important difference in the final quality of a translation.
It was a very positive and enjoyable experience for me. Through this process, I learned more about the WordPress Polyglots community and understood that translations are truly important, especially for people who are not familiar with a different language. Having the opportunity to contribute and help others access content in their own language felt meaningful and rewarding.
Another important part of this experience was creating my page in WordPress and writing each post to document my progress. In my case, I used a template-based approach, which made it easier to complete the different sections step by step. However, in the future, I would like to create my own page or even design my own template from scratch.
At the beginning, the process was slow because I had to learn how to use WordPress, watch videos, and understand the documentation. With practice, however, it became much easier and more natural for me. This showed me that learning a new platform takes time at first, but becomes simpler with repetition and experience.
Overall, this project taught me not only about translation, but also about consistency, digital collaboration, and content creation in WordPress. It was a valuable learning experience that helped me grow both technically and personally.
